COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS NO. 15/1997 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISSOLUTION OF THE ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TOOL ENTERPRISE
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 of the Definition of Powers and duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 4/1995 and Article 47(1)(c) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
These regulations may be cited as the “Dissolution of the Engineering Design and Tool Enterprise Council of Ministers Regulations No. 15/1997.”
The Engineering Design and Tool Enterprise established under the Council of Ministers Regulations No. 124/1993 is hereby dissolved.
3. Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The rights and obligations of the Engineering Design and Toll Enterprise established under the Council of Ministers Regulations No. 124/1993 are hereby transferred to the Basic Metals and Engineering Industry Agency established under proclamation No. 47/1997.
4. Effective Date
These Regulations shall come in to force as of the 10th day of March, 1997.
